In a hybrid media environment academics and practitioners alike are questioning the role of the politician, the journalist, and the activist. In my research, I suggest there is another important political player who’s role may be changing: the opinion leader.
During a short presentation at the Dalhousie Social Media Lab on Tuesday July 23 I presented the theoretical grounding and methods (as they stand at this early stage) of my PhD thesis.
The slides found here accompanied that presentation. I am of the “less is more” persuasion when it comes to slides so if there is anything you’d like to hear more about please let me know!
